Friend pots

A private pot for people you actually know. One invite code, one entry price, and the SOL your group pays in stays in that pot.

How it will work

You set the entry, the kickoff lock time and an invite code, then create the pot.
Only the hash of your code goes on chain. Anyone who knows the code can join.
Everyone builds a lineup and commits it before kickoff.
After the games, the oracle scores it and your group claims straight from the pot.

As commissioner you take no fee and you cannot touch anyone's money. There is no function that would let you.

The public funding function reverts outright when pointed at a private pot.
Every payout is capped by that pot's own accounting, not the contract balance, so a public winner can never be paid with your group's money.
Settling a slate sweeps only that slate's rake. Nothing else is touched.
